At Carrol's Creations, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Every product is handcrafted in small batches and carefully packaged with your wellness in mind.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened products that are in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Personal Care Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used personal care products, including body oils, body scrubs, and other skincare products, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used personal care products
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Refunds
Once your approved return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
